B.J. Schneck has served as sports information director at Greenville College since 2001 and is currently the longest-tenured SID among SLIAC member schools. He has a variety of responsibilities within sports information, game management, and special events. Highlights of his tenure at Greenville College have included oversight of the Panther Pride Golf Scramble, an event that has grown to reach over $18,000 in net proceeds annually, the initiation of webstreaming for all home events, the introduction of live statistics for online viewing, social media efforts, direct supervision of the Hall of Fame event, and transitions through three new website launches. He graduated from Greenville College in 2001 with a bachelor of arts in communication and marketing and completed a master of science in education at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville in 2004 with a major of kinesiology and sports management emphasis. He and his wife Laurie reside in Greenville, Ill. They were married in 2008 and have two children, William (6/9/10) and Maelynn (4/19/12).
