DECATUR, Ill. — The men's track and field team piled up 175 points to slip past the host in the standings and win their meet at Millikin on Saturday.
The men won six events in the meet with two entries gaining victories on the track and four in field events.
Greg Mitchell cleared 1.85 meters (6 feet-0.75 inches) to win the high jump, and he hit a mark of 13.55 meters (44-5.5) in the triple jump for the victory.
Mitchell Hooten placed first in the shot put with a mark of 13.8 meters (45-3.5).
Ben Perry was tops in the hammer throw with a distance of 48.78 meters (160-0).
The Panthers will host their Greenville Select Meet on Saturday, April 14.
