Women's cross country concludes season in NCAA regional

ROCK ISLAND, Ill. — The women's cross country team concluded their season at the NCAA Division III midwest regional on Saturday. The Panthers picked up 721 points to take the 27th place position of 37 teams competing in the regional.

Lia Kruse was the first across the finish line in the 6k race with a 67th place time of 22:35.

Brooke Goodyear posted the Panthers No. 2 mark. She was 141st with a time of 23:54.

Shirley Estes gave Greenville a 161st place finish with time of 24:06.

The Panthers scoring was completed by Megan McKee (168th, 24:13) and Emily Hasselbusch (200th, 25:13)

The women look forward to competing again next fall.
